606-310 Field Botany -Timetable

Dates:

Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 January 2009 (all day classes at University)

Friday 30 January 2009- free day

Saturday 31 January - Friday 6 February 2009 (7-day excursion)

Exam:    Friday 13 February 2009.

The subject will commence with an Introduction and Planning session in the Turner Theatre of the Botany building starting at 9.00am on Tuesday 27 January 2009.

This is part of the course, and all students must attend.

We will discuss the aims and objectives of the subject, provide background information on the High Plains, and organise logistics (e.g., students usually organise themselves into groups for buying and cooking food). Following this session, classes will be held in the Sonenberg Laboratory Monday afternoon and all day Tuesday.
